Key Club is an organization made up of students that are concerned about the well-being of the people around them and their community. The Key Clubs annual activities include: saving pop tabs to donate to the Ronald McDonald House, organizing Daffodil Days in the community to help with the cost of Cancer research, and helping the Kiwanis in their food booth at Fort Sisseton and in the concession stands at athletic events . Key Club members also work together with Kiwanis and attend weekly meetings which are held on Mondays.
The National Honor Society recognizes the students who have the qualities of character, scholarship, leadership, and service. There are several other award nights to recognize sports, music, and other extracurricular activities. However, this honor is given to some of the students who will lead in the coming future. These students strive for excellence in all areas of their lives.
The Webster High School Student Government strives to increase awareness of important issues that they feel concerns the students and faculty. The council has sporadic meetings throughout the year. They are greatly involved in Homecoming week activities, and many other important functions throughout the year.
The W-Club consists of all Webster athletes, managers, statisticians and cheerleaders who have lettered in at least one varsity sport. It recognizes those who are involved in sports at the varsity level. The coach of each sport decides the requirements of who will obtain an "A" letter. The requirements set are usually not too hard to obtain. Usually it is based more on participation than anything else. Those belonging to the W-Club must be dedicated to their sport and have a talent at what they are doing.
