We will give out PACH bags on Tuesday, March 24th behind the armory from 3-6 at the same time as the Food Pantry in a drive by. There will be another pick up behind armory Friday, March 27th from 11-1 pm. Then going forward if no school, the pick-up's will be on Tuesday from 3-6 only. Thank you from the PACH board.

The Webster Area Prom is rescheduled to Saturday, May 9th.

Per Governor Noem's recommendation, Webster Area Schools will NOT be in session March 16 through May 1. In order for these days to count as school days (not necessary to make them up), we will continue academic progress through distance learning. Elementary students will have materials to take home. Seventh and 8th grade students will take their Chromebooks home. Secondary students will continue regular school work via Google Classroom and other distance learning resources. Parents are highly encouraged to monitor their child's work and continue regular communication with instructors. All In an effort to limit exposure and the spread of COVID-19, families should follow CDC recommendations and limit social and community activity as much as possible, including limiting social gatherings with friends and fellow students. Also, families should refrain from any unnecessary travel both locally and afar. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Please see the attachment to this message. If your child is ill, please keep him/her home. Students attending school must be free of fever for at least 24 hours without fever reducing medication. If you have any questions, please call the school office or the school nurse.

Friday, April 17th, is PURPLE UP! for Military Kids Day in South Dakota. The Purple Up! concept is a combined effort with the National Guard Child & Youth Program and communities nationwide to encourage everyone to wear purple as a visible way to show support and thanks to our military children for their strength and sacrifices. Please help us to honor them.

The school district began utilizing Efunds to accept online payments for lunch accounts and armory key card renewals.

If you would like to make online payments, an account can be created through Efunds which is located under Popular Topics on the school district website. Once an account is created a student can be linked to your account using their five digit student number, first name, and last name. If you do not know your child's five digit student ID number, please contact the Business Office at 345-3548.
